During those interactions the friend dyads that are best versus the acquaintance dyads had been rated to be more mindful, affectively good, vocal, active, involved, relaxed, and playful, and their reduced cortisol levels advised less anxiety. Additionally they invested more hours together in mutually interested and states that are animated plus they assigned greater reviews to liking their interactions and connection lovers. Greater coherence when you look at the buddy pairs’ behavior states as well as in the acquaintance pairs’ vocal activity suggested that the buddy pairs more regularly provided the exact same behavior state ( e.g., playful), therefore the acquaintance pairs more regularly taken notice of each other people’ turn•taking signals, making sure that whenever one individual chatted, one other had been quiet.
